Orders received before 10 am usually ship the same business day; after 10 am, they are shipped the next business day. We ship Monday thru Friday, except National Holidays.

We ship products via USPS, UPS and FedEx by ground in the continental USA. HI & AK are shipping USPS or UPS. International Shipments are sent via DHL or FedEx International Express. 

All of the shipping charges provided are direct pass-through rates from FedEx, USPS, UPS, and DHL. We do not charge fees on top of the carrier rate and ship all of our products FREE of a fulfillment charge. The shipping charge quoted in the checkout is the actual postage rate through the carriers.

If an item is returned to us as "Undeliverable" and it was shipped to the correct address on the order, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping charges. If an order is cancelled after being returned "Undeliverable" to us, the shipping fee to send the item and to return it will be deducted from any refund.
