1- What is the DryRack RV / Van / Boat Edition?
The DryRack RV / Van / Boat Edition is a heavy-duty, waterproof hanging storage system designed to keep wet, sandy, muddy, or salty gear organized and drying on the road or water. It’s perfect for vans, RVs, boats, campers, and overland rigs where space and airflow matter.
2- What can I store on the DryRack?
Anything that gets wet or dirty outdoors, including:
Wetsuits & surf gear
Towels & changing ponchos
Life jackets & PFDs
Fishing gear & waders
Swimwear, rash guards & dry bags
Muddy boots, shoes & towels
If it drips, dries, or smells — the DryRack handles it.
3- Is the DryRack waterproof and rust-proof?
Yes 🤙
The DryRack is built with corrosion-resistant materials designed for saltwater, rain, humidity, and daily outdoor abuse. It’s safe for boats, beach vans, and coastal environments.
4- How does the DryRack mount in an RV, van, or boat?
The DryRack is designed to mount with the included suction cup, inside or outside of Camper vans & Sprinters, RVs,
Boat cabins & transoms, Overland rigs & truck campers.
No complicated installs — quick setup, easy repositioning, and road-trip ready.
5- Will gear actually dry while hanging on the DryRack?
Yes. That’s the magic ✨
The open-air design allows maximum airflow so wet gear dries faster, smells less, and stays ready for the next adventure. No more stuffing wet towels or wetsuits into bins or bags.
6- Is it strong enough for heavy gear?
Absolutely. The DryRack is built tough to handle heavy, soaked gear like wetsuits, PFDs, towels, and fishing equipment without sagging or failing. It’s adventure-tested, not closet-tested. It will hold up to 25lbs in the normal position and 50lbs in the fully open position.
7- Can I use the DryRack while driving or boating?
Yes for boating, yes for driving if hanging inside. We do not recommend the rack being hung outside on a moving vehicle.
8- Is this only for RVs and boats?
Not at all. While optimized for RVs, vans, and boats, many customers also use the DryRack at:
Beach houses
Garages
Campgrounds
Tailgates & surf contests
Outdoor showers
Anywhere wet gear needs to hang and dry.
9- Is the DryRack easy to pack or remove?
Yes. It’s lightweight, low-profile, and easy to take down or move when needed. Perfect for seasonal trips, rentals, or switching rigs.
10- Why choose Malo’o DryRack over other gear hangers?
Because Malo’o builds gear for real outdoor life.
The DryRack is:
Designed by surfers, campers, & boaters
Made for salt, sun & sand
Built to last — not disposable
Tested in California surf & adventure conditions
This isn’t a home organizer pretending to be outdoor gear — it’s the real deal.
