Shipping & Delivery

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 to 7 business days. Free Ground Economy can take 7-14 days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

Some products have free shipping in the USA (excluding U.S. territories) on minimum order values. Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

We offer expedited shipping from Fedex and UPS. Unfortunately, these companies do not guarantee delivery even though the label on the service is 2 day or 3 day.

If your order shows that it has been delivered but you have not received it:
- If it is USPS wait 24 hours before reporting as their updates can be early at times
- If it is UPS or FedEx, the tracking will have images on the delivery location, most times, please check in these locations
- Please check with neighbors or central mail facilities to see if it is being held for you

- If you still cannot locate it after the above and did not purchase Route insurance, please let us know at leilani@malooracks.com or through our site. We will then open an investigation with the shipping service.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an acknowledgment with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the respective shipping carrier's website.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx IN the USA and Canada. International orders are usually shipped via UPS or DHL.

Warranty & Repair

All our products are subject to quality control.

Malo'o and Lounge Wagon products carry a one year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Accessories, like suction cups , clips, umbrellas carry a 90 day warranty.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us right away of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

We do not offer extended warranties at this time.

Returns & Refunds

A return request can be submitted within 15 days after the purchase is made here.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligiblefor a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligiblefor a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

- Only one code can be used on an order
- If there is a Buy One Get One offer in your cart, another code cannot be used
- Bundles are discounted and create their unique code, hence another one cannot be used
- Outlet items are already discounted and cannot be discounted further
