Great product at an amazing price. Waterproof, seals well, tough fabrics, well made. The roll top is a slightly more flexible fabric than the body which makes for an easier and better seal. The side buckles make a more secure closure compared to buckling the two sides together in the middle as some dry bags do. The wide strap over the top ads an extra layer of security. I'm not a big guy, and I find it very comfortable to carry as a backpack, but I think the shoulder straps might feel constraining for a larger guy. Nice to have the front window pocket and side water bottle pocket. This bag sat and rolled around in several inches of water in the bottom of the boat for two days in the rain and everything inside stayed completely dry. Don't forget to open it up and air it out!
I got this when it first came out and have used it several times. Once on my SUP, and another jet skiing. Both times it went in the water but kept everything dry. The material is very thick and seems well made and a lot less expensive than the $100 I spent on another bag that didn't work.
This is my second Malo'o bag, its a little bigger than my firs tone and perfect for taking on the wake boat. Tough exterior and interior pockets are great. Just a great bag for the $ .
These backpacks were gifts for Father’s day. They haven’t been used yet but they will be used soon. They have really thought out features and are very well made. I think they will last.
