Is my payment data safe with you?

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card companies like PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No, only one discount code can be used per order. Additionally, Outlet and Bundled products have already been discounted and codes will not work with them.

Do you have a First Responder discount?

What are delivery times?

Products in Stock: Domestic shipping can take up to 4-7 business days.

Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.

Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual

Products with long lead time shipping times will be noted on product page.

Is there free shipping?

Presently there is free shipping on orders > $100 in the domestic USA. At other times we may have shipping promotions.

Do you ship to countries outside of the USA?

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

Bundles are also not available to ship Internationally due to the shipping configurator in the Shopify system. Please order items individually.

Do you offer a warranty?

All our products are subject to quality control.

Our warranty provides a 90-day guarantee against manufacturer defects. Warranties are non-transferrable.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us right away when noticing any defects.

It does not wear & tear or normal use issues.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At Malo'o, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a straightforward Satisfaction Guarantee:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Malo'o Gear, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the product is in new, unused and resalable condition.

Here's how it works:
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your product.
• The product must be in its original condition, including all parts, accessories, and packaging materials.
• As the customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless you purchased REDO at checkout.

Where are you located?

We established Malo'o in 2016 in Solana Beach, CA. Presently we are in Vista, CA with seasonal warehouses in Hawaii and Ireland.
